Firstly remove your sim and memory card and back up your files on your phone after doing that... Then let ride on 1. Switch off the phone 2. Hold on these 3 keys >green button i.e the call button,star and 3< 3. While still holding these buttons switch on the phone... Once you switch on the phone formatting starts dont leave the key combination until your phone is done with the whole process. Now your phone should be functioning as good as a new one
